TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF 'Key To Heaven'
1 Acceptance The Use Of 'Key To Heaven' Terms and Conditions1.1 Your access to and use of 'Key To Heaven' and services associated with 'Key To Heaven' (hereby referred to only as K2H) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. Where you have agreed to another Terms and Condition in order to use K2H, usage of K2H is still subject to that Terms and Conditions but overruled by this Terms and Conditions. You will not use K2H for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using K2H you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using K2H. By using K2H you are also agreeing to the Privacy Policy.
1.2 You agree to only use K2H for its intended use of playing a game. Using K2H for any kind of illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
1.3 K2H will not be required to issue any refunds for any reason. Other entities where you purchased the game from handles that, for example but not limited to Steam.
1.4 K2H can not, and will not, guarantee that K2H or any third party services available inside, or in relation to, K2H will be available to the user forever.
1.5 You agree that you are responsible for your own and others well-being when playing K2H. K2H can not be held responsible for any damages you or others take while using K2H.
1.6 You agree to use K2H responsibly and follow the laws in your country while using it.
1.7 K2H is not responsible to retrieve (for example but not limited to) lost data, lost accounts/characters for any reason such as but not limited to hacking.
1.8 K2H is not responsible for recovering accounts/characters from the game if they are stolen or sold.
2 CREDIT CARD DETAILS
K2H will not ask for your credit card details. K2H can not be held responsible for any fraud or phishing attemps.
3 LEGAL ADVICE
The contents of K2H do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision. All material contained in K2H and K2H itself is provided without any warranty of any kind. You use the material on K2H at your own discretion.
4 CHANGE OF USE
K2H reserves the right to:
4.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) K2H or any part of it without notice and you confirm that K2H shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and
4.2 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and
4.3 change the way K2H can be used and
4.4 change the price for K2H without notice and your continued use of K2H following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

K2H may include links to, or make use of, third party software and services that are controlled and maintained by others (hereby referred to only as Third Party). Any link to or usage of Third Party is not an endorsement of Third Party. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such Third Party.
6 COPYRIGHT
6.1 All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in K2H and its content (including without limitation the design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with K2H) are owned by or licensed to K2H or otherwise used by K2H as permitted by law.
6.2 In accessing K2H you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.
7 LINKS TO AND FROM THIRD PARTY
7.1 Any party wishing to link to K2H is entitled to do so provided that the conditions below are observed:
(a) you do not seek to imply that we are endorsing the services or products of another party unless this has been agreed with us in writing;
(b) you do not misrepresent your relationship with K2H; and

8 DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 K2H is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
8.2 To the extent permitted by law, K2H will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits, time spent, accounts, ingame characters) arising out of or in connection with the use of K2H.
8.3 K2H makes no warranty that the functionality of K2H will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that K2H or any server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
8.4 K2H is not liable for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of K2H or that of its employees, agents or users/customers.
8.5 By using K2H you have accepted that you take full responsibility of your actions while using K2H and that K2H can not be held responsible for actions occuring prior to, during or after usage of the application K2H.
8.6 K2H will under no circumstances be liable for any users’ activities or loss of data.
8.7 K2H will never ask for your account name, password or any other information about you personally and will not be held responsible for such acts.
8.8 K2H is not responsible to recover, help, assist or get back anything you lost, for example but not limited to: in game items, characters, accounts, time, money).
9 INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold K2H and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against K2H arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of K2H for example but not limited to time loss, data loss, harm, injury and death.
10 SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
11 WAIVER
If you breach these Conditions of Use and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions of Use.
12 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Sweden and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
